GENERAL INFORMATION:
1.The recommended period of stay is 21 days. Shorter stays are possible, but not less than 10 days. Stays from 10 to 14 days are subject to additional charge to cover costs of intensive therapy.
2.It is required to submit a current medical diagnosis of the illness (preferably in Latin) as well as the results of basis medical tests, such as morphology, urine test, blood pressure and lungs x-ray. A negative result of AIDS test is required for the treatment in Cieplice.
3. Changes and cancellations:
- Confirmed reservations are subject to $ 10 change fee.
- Full refund will be made, less cancellation fee, if written notice of cancellation is received by Orbis at least 25 days prior to commencement of the treatment.
- For cancellation occurring after the above deadline, the cancellation charge is up to 50% of the value of the services ordered, plus cancellation fee.
- There shall be no refund for treatment discontinued by the patient.
